Real Estate agents can now have their OWN MLS search engine right on their site! The MLS Search Engine is a comprehensive database of properties for sale in Wisconsin. The search engine is included right inside of the agent or office web site which eliminates a need to leave their web site. Currently, the search engine hosts all of the properties listed in the Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service. The listing service allows visitors to search for residential, commercial, condominium, multi-family, mobile home and vacant land listings. The visitor can specify many things including price range, date range, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, area and keywords. Offices and Agents can determine which search fields they’d like to offer to their customers.

When the visitor clicks this link, a page is displayed with all of the information that is available from the MLS system for buyers. This page is printer friendly, allowing the user to print the description and take it with them on home tours.
